Shipping of your package

Packages are dispatched within 15 to 21 working days after receipt of payment. They are sent to our stock manager based in France via DHL and then deposited via Mondial Relay for customers based in France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands and Luxembourg in the relay point chosen by you during the notification of Mondial Relay in which you will be asked to choose the relay point of your choice.

For customers outside France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands and Luxembourg packages will be delivered to your home via DHL Express or Fedex. DHL or Fedex may ask you to pay customs fees, these fees are necessarily at the customer's expense and we cannot be held responsible. 

The shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. The preparation fee is fixed, while the shipping fee varies according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

You are required to collect your package within 8 days of receipt in the chosen pick-up location. After this period, the parcel is supposed to be returned to the sender in a relay point chosen by Mondial Relay. You commit yourself to take the necessary steps with Mondial Relay to have the parcel returned to you. We will not take any steps on your behalf, it remains your responsibility.
